Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with unstable/stable angina who were included in elective PCI, 18-85 years old, refused surgical CABG; 2. All patients have Syntax points >= 33 and Euroscore >= 6 points; 3. EF35%, and one of the following standards is combined at the same time: (1) Coronary artery calcification requires rotational atherectomy, (2) Unprotected left main disease, (3) Severe three-vessel coronary artery disease (at least 1 or more CTO combined with other coronary artery stenosis > 70%). 5. All patients must meet criteria 1 and 2, and meet any one of criteria 3 or 4 to be included.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute myocardial infarction; 2. Cardiogenic shock; 3. Anemia (Hb < 90g/L); 4. Platelets < 100 x 10^9/L; 5. Stroke (hemorrhagic or ischemic) occurred in the past six months; 6. Patients with tumors; 7. Pregnant women.
