Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient was clearly diagnosed as acute coronary syndrome on admission and successfully underwent percutaneous coronary intervention; 2. The condition is stable after PCI treatment, reference standard: no new or recurring chest pain in the past 8 hours; myocardial injury marker levels [creatine kinase (CK)-MB and troponin] no further increase; no significant Signs of decompensation of heart failure (respite breathing accompanied by moist crackles at rest); no new severe arrhythmia or ECG changes in the past 8 hours; 3. Accept the acute phase cardiac rehabilitation intervention in the hospital; 4. No cognitive dysfunction.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Complications such as coronary artery dissection, acute vascular occlusion, and acute heart failure during or after surgery; 2. Accept valve replacement surgery; 3. History of severe arrhythmia or cardiogenic shock; 4. Severe hypertension; 5. History of coronary artery bypass graft; 6. NYHA heart function classification IV; 7. Peripheral vascular disease, renal insufficiency; 8. Combined with malignant tumors, hyperthyroidism, anemia, severe lung diseases, neurological and motor system diseases, etc.
