Group RM II : group: Remazolam benzenesulfonate 0.2mg/kg
Group PROP: Propofol 2.5mg/kg + Alfentanil 10 µg /kg

18 Years to 64 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 64 years, no gender limit; 2. ASA I~II grade; 3.18 kg/m2 < BMI < 30 kg/m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Sedatives have been used within 1.24h; 2. Hypertensive patients whose blood pressure has not been satisfactorily controlled after treatment with antihypertensive drugs (supine systolic blood pressure >=180 mmHg, and/or diastolic blood pressure >=110 mmHg during the screening period); 3. Patients with a history of severe cardiovascular disease and myocardial infarction in the last 6 months; 4. Patients with mental system diseases and cognitive dysfunction; 5. Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding; 6. Participated in drug clinical trials as subjects in the past 3 months; 7. Patients who the investigator thinks are not suitable to participate in this clinical trial.
