Age
18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA classification I-II grade; 2. Aged 18 to 65 years; 3. BMI 18.5-30 kg/?; 4. Elective modified radical surgery for breast cancer under general anesthesia; 5. Able to understand the content of the assessment scale and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergic to active ingredients of research-related drugs or any excipients; 2. People who suffer from insomnia, drug or alcohol abuse, use of benzodiazepines, or drugs; 3. People suffering from chronic diseases such as severe heart, liver, kidney, and abnormal blood coagulation; 4. People suffering from mental disorders, anxiety disorders, and depression; 5. Anatomical deformities of the neck and shoulders; 6. History of obstructive sleep apnea syndrome.
