30 Years to 60 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Sign the informed consent form voluntarily; 2. Aged 30 to 60 years; 3. Male; 4. Diagnosed as primary ascending colon cancer by pathology and clinical norms; 5. BMI 18.523.9kg/m2; 6. The preoperative imaging examination showed no distant organ metastasis; 7. No signs of intestinal obstruction; 8. ASA I~II level; 9. Liver function: ALT and AST are less than 2 times the normal value, and bilirubin is less than 1.5 times the normal value; 10. Renal function: creatinine is less than 1.5 times the normal value or creatinine clearance rate (CCr)>=60ml/min.to
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with primary cancer of other organs; 2. Have undergone more than 3 courses of neoadjuvant chemotherapy before surgery; 3. Poorly controlled hypertension and diabetes; 4. With active autoimmune disease or a history of autoimmune disease; 5. Use immunosuppressive drugs within 3 months before surgery; 6. Have a history of allergies or adverse reactions related to narcotic drugs in the past; 7. Hb37.3°C; 12. Used sevoflurane, isoflurane, propofol, etomidate, opioid analgesics and other general anesthetics within 2 weeks before surgery; 13. History of HIV infection or active chronic hepatitis B or C (high copy viral DNA); 14. Subjects with active tuberculosis (TB) are receiving anti-tuberculosis treatment or have received anti-tuberculosis treatment 1 year before admission; Have a history of other malignant tumors within 15.5 years; 16. Have received any anti-infective vaccine 4 weeks before joining the group; 17. Comorbidities that require long-term use of immunosuppressive drugs or systemic or local use of corticosteroids with immunosuppressive doses (>10mg/day of prednisone or other equivalent hormones); 18. Colon cancer patients who judged by the investigator to be unsuitable to participate in this study.
