18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with intrahepatic bile duct stones who are unsuitable or unwilling to adopt other techniques for treatment; 2. Dilation of the bile duct is more than 0.3 cm; 3. Patients with intrahepatic bile duct stones with bile duct stenosis, who have difficulty in retrograde pancreaticoduodenoscope intubation or failure of the operation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Accompanied by severe cardiopulmonary disease, unable to tolerate surgical treatment; 2. Accompanied by severe liver cirrhosis, Child-Pugh grade C; 3. Extrahepatic bile duct stenosis or obstruction; combined with cholangiocarcinoma or other malignant tumors.
