Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 14-80 years, hormone dependence/multiple relapses (defined as >= 2 relapses despite hormone and /or other immunosuppressant treatment), full or partial remission after treatment ("stabilization" defined as maintaining at least 1 month) but treatment is gradually reduced or stopped In the event of recurrence, the pathological diagnosis is MCD, FSGS, membrane-growth nephropathy, or other pathological types of primary renal cephalocy nephritis (IgA nephropathy, C3 nephropathy, etc.) and signed an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The presence of lysoxi monoantimmune use of taboo signs (e.g. neutral granulocytes < 1.5 x 10^9/L, plateplates < 75 x 10^9/L, active infections, especially active hepatitis B infection, etc.), persistent renal syndrome (not fully/ partially alleviated by treatment), presence of progression in renal failure (creatinine removal rate < 20 ml/min/1.73 m2), pregnancy or lactation, in patients with poor compliance.
