Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 2-6 years; 2. Meet the clinical diagnostic criteria of DSM-5 Autism Spectrum Disorder; 3. CARS total score >= 37 points, the number of items with a score of 3 or more >= 5; 4. The patient himself and his biological parents are both Chinese Han nationality; 5. Subjects or legal guardians signed an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Brittle chromosomal syndrome, Rett syndrome, MECP2 repetitive syndrome, nod sclerosis, PTEN head syndrome, hearing impairment, visual impairment, cranial brain disease, etc.
