Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Lung cancer was diagnosed by pathology or cytology, and the tumor staging was according to the eighth edition of International Union against cancer (UICC) TNM staging; 2. Primary lung cancer patients were initially untreated or regular antitumor treatment, and did not have systemic use of broad-spectrum antibiotics, steroid hormones and probiotics in the past 2 months, and there were no bad habits such as alcoholism and unbalanced diet. 3. Aged 18 to 65 years, regardless of gender; 4. Voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffering from diabetes, obesity, cardiovascular diseases and other metabolic diseases; 2. History of digestive system operation (such as total or partial gastrectomy, cholecystectomy, gastrostomy, colostomy, ileostomy, etc.); 3. Chronic infectious diseases or acute infectious diseases in recent 2 months (such as bacterial pneumonia)Inflammation related diseases such as cholecystitis, viral hepatitis, gastrointestinal inflammation, gallbladder and pancreas, etc; 4. Poor compliance and quitting halfway.
