50 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 50 to 80 years; 2. ASA II-IV; 3. Planned off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting; 4. Preoperative self-rating anxiety scale (SAS)SAS >=50.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of preoperative cerebrovascular accident; 2. Preoperative cognitive impairment or minimum mental state examination (MMSE) score < 20; 3. III Degree Atrioventricular Block; 4. Non-consent to participate in the study and/or inability to speak.
