Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. T2DM patients who meet the 1997 WHO Diabetes Diagnostic Criteria; 2. Age over 18 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a clear history of cardiovascular disease, including coronary atherosclerotic heart disease, myocardial infarction, heart stent implantation, pacemaker implantation, valvular heart disease, congenital heart disease, viral infection or family Sexual or invasive cardiomyopathy; 2. Patients with malignant tumors receiving radiotherapy and chemotherapy; 3. Severe liver and kidney function damage; 4. People who are pregnant and who refuse to participate.
