Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The conditions for diagnosing AL amyloidosis are required: monoclonal bands can be seen in blood/urine immunofixation electrophoresis, blood/urine free light chains are elevated; abnormal plasma cell proliferation can be seen in bone marrow smears, and flow cytometry is judged to be restricted Monoclonal plasma cells that express light chain sexually; biopsy of the involved organs shows positive staining of Congo red and positive light chain in immunofluorescence. 2. For diagnosed AL amyloidosis patients, according to the diagnostic criteria of cardiac involvement in the NCCN guidelines: the average ventricular wall thickness on echocardiography> 12mm, excluding other heart diseases; or NT-proBNP > 332ng/L in the absence of renal insufficiency and atrial fibrillation. 3. Diagnosis of amyloidosis by myocardial biopsy. 4. Aged 18 to 75 years, regardless of gender.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Do not receive chemotherapy treatment after diagnosis; 2. CMR examination routine contraindications (such as pacemaker/ICD implantation/claustrophobia/renal insufficiency/MR contrast agent hypersensitivity).
