Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Data of patients aged 18-75 years in the Department of Endocrinology of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University in recent 3 years were collected, including age, gender, disease history, blood lipid (including at least TG and HDL), blood uric acid, blood pressure, fasting blood glucose, BMI, WC, ALT, AST, GGT, amino acids, carnitine and fatty acids.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with a history of malignant tumor, severe cardiovascular diseases (myocardial infarction, heart failure, fatal arrhythmia, etc.), severe renal insufficiency, severe hematological diseases, respiratory failure, or autoimmune diseases; 2.There are viral hepatitis, autoimmune liver disease (autoimmune hepatitis, celiac disease, primary cholangitis, primary sclerotic cholangitis, etc.), drug-induced liver injury (liver disease caused by herbal medicines or dietary supplements, etc.), metabolic liver disease (Wilson's disease, a -1- Antitrypsin deficiency, hemochromatosis, glycogen storage disorder, cholesterol storage disorder, etc.) or other known history of chronic liver disease; 3.Heavy drinkers (> 70 g ethanol/week for women or 140 g ethanol/week for men); 4.Immunosuppressant or systemic glucocorticoids are being used; 5.Incomplete health survey, anthropometric or laboratory data.
