Interventions

Control group:Regular eating 4 hours after intubation
experimental group 1:Eat immediately after removing the intubation tube
experimental group 2:Eating 2 hours after removing the cannula

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 70 years; 2. After informed consent and signed an informed consent form, voluntarily participate in this research; 3. Withdrawal of mechanical ventilation within 48 hours after operation; 4. Those who have no gastrointestinal eating contraindications; 5. The initial standard swallowing function rating scale score is between 19 points and 26 points.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The condition is unstable and changes at any time; 2. People with special diseases such as Alzheimer's disease and mental illness; 3. Those who are participating in other clinical research.
