Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Singleton pregnant women who have been filed in our hospital, undergo regular check-ups and give birth, have good compliance, and agree to conduct research after being informed of the research risks, and retain maternal blood, placental tissue, blood vessels and cord blood samples; 2. Diabetes in pregnancy group: Diabetes diagnosed before pregnancy, or diagnosed as diabetic during the first birth examination during pregnancy, or diagnosed as gestational diabetes by 75gOGTT at 24-28 weeks of pregnancy (fasting and 1 hour, 2 hours after taking sugar The blood glucose level is 5.1 mmol/l, 10.0 mmol/l, 8.5 mmol/l, any point blood glucose level meets or exceeds the above standard is diagnosed); 3. Control group: no pregnancy complications and complications such as diabetes mellitus.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Refused to participate in the trial, or gave up the study midway.
