Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All patients with polycystic ovary syndrome included in the study met the 2003 diagnostic criteria of the European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology and American Reproductive Medicine (ESHRE/ASRM) in Rotterdam: 1. Rare ovulation or anovulation. The clinical manifestations are amenorrhea, oligomenorrhea, menarche not establishing regular menstruation for 2-3 years, and monophasic basal body temperature. Sometimes, people with regular menstruation do not have ovulatory menstruation; 2. The clinical manifestations of hyperandrogen and hyperandrogenemia. The clinical manifestations are acne and hirsutism. Serum total testosterone and free testosterone are higher than normal; 3. Polycystic changes of the ovary. B-ultrasound examination showed that one or both ovaries had >=12 follicles with a diameter of 2-9mm and/or ovarian volume >=10cm3. Meet any 2 of the above 3 items.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of endocrine disorders; 2. Severe heart, lung, brain, liver, kidney and connective tissue diseases; 3. Significant hypertension, poor blood pressure control, systolic blood pressure >= 180mmHg or diastolic blood pressure >= 120mmHg; 4. Combined with mental illness.
