Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Obese patients aged >=18 years, who underwent LSG surgery; 2.Omeprazole was orally administrated before and after surgery; 3.Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who use CYP2C19/3A4 inducers or inhibitors within 2 weeks of the trial.
