18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Anti MDA5 DM patients met Bohan and Peter diagnostic criteria in 1975 ; The antibody MDA5 was positive.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have used rituximab and other B cell depletion treatments; 2. Overlap syndrome; 3. Combined with tumor and infection; 4. Children, pregnant women.
