Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years; 2. There is no restriction on gender; 3. Patients admitted to Huashan Hospital during the period 2021.4.1-2021.8.31 and meet one of the following diagnoses: (1) Classic fever pending investigation: fever lasts for more than 3 weeks, oral temperature exceeds 38.3 ? at least 3 times (or body temperature fluctuates more than 1.2 ? within 1 day at least 3 times), after at least 1 week of outpatient or inpatient condition assessment, it is still not clear diagnosis; (2) Fever of inpatients to be checked: no fever at admission, fever for more than 3 days after admission, oral temperature over 38.3 ? at least 3 times, or body temperature fluctuating over 1.2 ? within 1 day at least 3 times; (3) Fever of agranulocytosis is to be checked: the absolute value of blood neutrophils is less than 0.5x10^9/L; fever exceeds 3 days, oral temperature exceeds 38.3 ? at least 3 times, or body temperature fluctuates more than 1.2 ? within 1 day ; The body fluid specimen was cultured for more than 48 hours and the result was negative. 4. Those who understand and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Difficulty in obtaining specimens; 2. Pregnant women; 3. Non-infectious fever of known cause.
