18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 90 years, regardless of gender or nationality; 2. Gastrointestinal tumor surgery was performed under general anesthesia, and the expected operation time was >= 2 hours; 3. Agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous history of schizophrenia, epilepsy or Parkinson's disease; unable to complete preoperative evaluation due to severe dementia, language impairment, coma, end-stage disease, etc.; 2. Myocardial infarction occurred within 3 months before the operation; 3. Severe liver function abnormalities (Child-Pugh grade C), renal function abnormalities (preoperative dialysis), or preoperative ASA grade >= grade IV; 4. There is delirium (judging by CAM or CAM-CIU); 5. The attending doctor or researcher believes that there are other situations that are not suitable for participating in this research.
