Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnose aortic dissection via aortic computed tomography angiography; 2. Aged >= 18 years; 3. Surgery for aortic dissection; 4. No cognitive impairment (SPMSQ < 3 points); 5. Sign the informed consent form, and the process of obtaining the informed consent form meets the requirements of relevant regulations.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have a history of mental illness; 2. Merge other diseases that obviously affect the quality of life, such as malignant tumors; 3. Those who withdrew during the investigation; 4. Participants in other psychosocial intervention measures during the same period.
