20 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 20 to 75 years; 2. With symptoms of chest pain and had taken antiplatelet and statins before admission; 3. Coronary artery stenosis =1.2, or transmural ischemia positive, or cold pressor test positive.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant or lactating women; 2.Nitrate esters are prohibited and used cautiously; 3.Cognitive impairment, unable to cooperate; 4.Severe damage of liver and kidney function and mental abnormality; 5.Severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency and malignant arrhythmia; 6.Those who participated in other clinical trials at the same time.
