Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Study group (chronic rhinosinusitis group, CT-Mackey score> 0 points): The diagnostic criteria for chronic rhinosinusitis are based on the European Clinical Guidelines for Rhinosinusitis and Polyps (EPOS 2020) and the Chinese Guidelines for Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment of Chronic Sinusitis (2018): 1. Clinical and postoperative pathological diagnosis of chronic rhinosinusitis; 2. Complete case data; 3. Complete preoperative examination (including coronal CT of the sinuses, ENT specialist physical examination, routine preoperative examination, serum specific IgE test, serum total IgE, immune index test, cytokine, complement, audiology test (pure tone audiometry) Hearing, tympanic acoustic immittance, stapedius reflex, Metz rejuvenation test, DPOAE test, ABR test), vestibular function test (oVEMP and cVEMP and VNG)); 4. There is no deformity in both ears, both ear canals are unobstructed and dry, and both tympanic membranes are intact. Control group (deviated nasal septum group, CT-Mackey score = 0 points): 1. Diagnostic criteria: According to the coronary CT of the sinuses and the intraoperative diagnosis of nasal septum deviation, CT-Mackey score = 0; 2. Complete case data; 3. Complete preoperative examination (including coronal CT of the sinuses, ENT specialist physical examination, routine preoperative examination, serum specific IgE test, serum total IgE, immune index test, cytokine, complement, audiology test (pure tone audiometry) Listening, tympanic acoustic immittance, stapedius reflex, Metz revival test method, DPOAE test, ABR test), vestibular function test (oVEMP, cVEMP, VNG)); 4. There is no deformity in both ears, both ear canals are unobstructed and dry, and both tympanic membranes are intact.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Aged > 60 years; 2. Past ear diseases (otitis media, ear trauma, tympanic membrane perforation, ear tumors, etc.); 3. Clear ototoxic drug contact type (aminoglycoside antibiotics: streptomycin, kanamycin, neomycin, gentamicin, etc., anticancer drugs: vincristine, cisplatin, macrocyclic Ester antibiotics: erythromycin, etc., salicylic acid antipyretic analgesics, antimalarials, etc.); 4. Have long-term continuous noise exposure history (>85dB); 5. Suffer from certain systemic diseases that may affect hearing (hypertension, diabetes, sleep apnea syndrome, autoimmune disease, thyroid disease, bronchial asthma, cervical spondylopathy, kidney disease, anemia, etc.) 6. Suffering from certain infectious diseases that may affect hearing: (mumps, measles, rubella, meningitis, scarlet fever, diphtheria, typhoid fever, shingles, syphilis, etc.); 7. Special occupation workers: divers, pilots, tunnel operators; 8. During pregnancy; 9. Those who have a history of epilepsy.
