Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults with type 2 diabetes over the age of 18 years, diagnosis of diabetes type 2 ADA diagnostic criteria in accordance with the 2015; 2. Regularly stay in our hospital for at least 3 months of "Trinity Care" diagnosis and treatment, and use our hospital's blood glucose monitoring system for self-blood glucose monitoring in the past three months, The frequency of blood glucose monitoring is required to refer to the ADAG study, that is, to monitor fasting blood glucose at least twice a week, and finger blood glucose 2 hours before and after three meals; 3. The blood glucose level was relatively stable in the past three months; 4. Volunteer to participate in and cooperate with the research and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Type 1 diabetes or secondary diabetes; 2. Large fluctuations in blood sugar, repeated episodes of hypoglycemia; 3. Pregnancy and Lactation period;Patients with severe diabetic complications such as diabetic ketoacidosis, hyperosmolar hyperglycemia syndrome, lactic acidosis, etc. 4. Haematological diseases; 5. Cancer and other chronic wasting diseases such as tuberculosis and thyroidism; 6. Infectious diseases; 7. Liver disease or an increase in transaminases at more than 3 instances; 8. Kidney disease (creatinine > 1.5 mg dl/1) or rheumatoid arthritis; 9. Valve replacement or NYHA functional class III or above; 10. Bleeding history or blood donation or blood transfusion within the previous 4 months; 11. Smokers; 12. Impaired pulmonary function; 13. Use of drugs that could affect the RBC lifespan, such as ribavirin, barbital, or phenobarbitone sodium.
