18 Years to 45 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The informed consent form has been signed; 2. B-ultrasound prompts a single gestational sac; 3. Early pregnancy CSP patients who intend to terminate the pregnancy; normal pregnant patients who have a history of cesarean section due to the individual's willingness to terminate the pregnancy but are not CSP in this pregnancy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. This pregnancy was conceived by assisted reproductive technology; 2. Have a history of smoking; 3. Combined medical diseases, such as rheumatic immune diseases, diabetes, hypertension, abnormal thyroid function, etc.; 4. Combined with gynecological inflammatory diseases, such as chronic pelvic inflammatory disease, endometritis, etc.
