Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Agree to participate in this study and sign an informed consent form; 2. ASA physical condition I-III; 3. Aged 18 to 90 years; 4. BMI 20-35kg/m2; 5. Inguinal hernia repair surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Known allergies to study drugs; 2. History of chronic opioid use and history of chronic pain; 3. Epilepsy, mental retardation; 4. Morbid obesity (body mass index > 35); 5. Combined with severe obstructive or restrictive lung disease; 6. Liver and kidney failure or coagulation disorders; 7. Pregnancy; 8. Operation history of lower abdomen and groin area on the operating side; 9. Sensory and motor dysfunction in the lower abdomen and groin area on the operating side; 10. Contraindications for puncture site or systemic infection or coexisting regional block anesthesia.
