18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine who require intubation and general anesthesia for elective surgery, aged 18 to 65 years; 2. ASA grade 1 to 2, good health.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have a clear history of tract disease in persons with difficult air; 2. Preoperative Hct<35%; preoperative Hb<110g/L, severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 3. With severe cardiopulmonary disease; those with abnormal blood coagulation function; those who refuse to take the measurement.
