Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA classification I~III; 2. Aged 18 to 65 years; 3. Patients who plan to undergo thoracoscopic lobectomy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with contraindications to the use of esketamine; 2. History of psychosis; 3. Cognitive dysfunction; 4. History of lung surgery; 5. Those who use hormone therapy during the operation; 6. Alcoholism or frequent use of sedative and analgesic drugs; 7. Severe liver, kidney, cardiovascular and other systemic diseases; 8. History of stroke, history of head trauma, history of intracranial mass or hemorrhage; 9. Unable to communicate; 10. Participate in other drug trials.
