Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The clinical diagnosis of OD patients conformed to the Rome IV functional constipation diagnostic criteria (Drossman DA et al., Gastroenterology, 2016); 2. The patient failed after maximum conservative treatment, and slow transit constipation was excluded by colonic transit test; 3. Routine MRI dynamic defecography was performed before operation to confirm the abnormal structure of pelvic floor, and the results were approved by surgeons and radiologists; 4. Aged 16 to 65 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Poor health, unable to tolerate general anesthesia; 2. Unwilling to participate in clinical research.
