Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Singleton pregnancy, clear last menstruation, regular menstruation, and normal uterine shape; 2.Regular prenatal check-ups, complete clinical and follow-up data, pregnant women and their family members have good communication and understanding skills, and can actively cooperate with clinical follow-up work. 3.In accordance with the "Reference Standards for the Estimated Weight of Fetuses in Different Gestational Weeks of NICHD Asian Population", the estimated weight or abdominal circumference of the fetus is lower than the 10th percentile of the corresponding gestational age (Appendix 1, Appendix 2), and the ultrasound department has Dr. Wang Xing and Dr. Zhang Lan, who have considerable experience in diagnosis and treatment, confirmed it after verification. If the first visit is another doctor, two doctors will need to check again before joining the group.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Inherited diseases and chromosomal abnormalities: 13-trisomy syndrome, 18-trisomy syndrome, gastroschisis, etc..
