Experience group:Infusion plan of SVV guided fluid treatment group

Control group:The 4-2-1 rule calculates maintenance + blood loss using conventional fluid management

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 18 to 65 years; 2.Under general anesthesia, patients underwent elective laparoscopic weight loss surgery, and the expected operation time was more than 2 hours; 3.ASA I - III; 4.BMI > 30kg/m^2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Refused to participate in this study; 2.Have a history of serious arrhythmia, myocardial infarction, cardiac insufficiency (NYHAIII/IV) and other heart diseases; 3.Renal insufficiency; 4.Liver dysfunction; 5.Suffer from respiratory diseases; 6.Antiemetic drugs were used before operation; 7.Patients participated in other clinical studies.
