Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with complex renal calculi confirmed by imaging examination (complex renal calculi: more than 2 cm in diameter, multiple renal calculi, staghorn calculi,etc.); 2.The patients' general condition is acceptable and patients can tolerate the operation; 3.Patients agree to participate in the study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with history of operation in ipsilateral kidney; 2.Patients with ureteral stent or nephrostomy tube in ipsilateral kidney; 3.Patients with other disorders in ipsilateral kidney; 4.Patients who have absolute operative contraindications; 5.Patients participating in other clinical trials.
