Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 28 days to 18 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.The renal distance measured by bedside ultrasound was not covered by NIRS; 2.Patients being not cooperative; 3.Patients with chronic renal insufficiency, renal surgery, renal vascular abnormalities, renal occupation, renal pelvis dilation, hydronephrosis; 4.Admission time for less than 72 hours; 5.Refused to participate in the study.
