Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.At least 18 years old; 2.The results of blood tests (routine blood, coagulation function, biochemical indicators) within 3 months before surgery were completely recorded; 3.From January 1, 2017 to December 31, 2020, the implant was performed in The Affiliated Hospital of Stomatology, Zhejiang University, School of Medicine and the upper prosthesis was completed; 4.Loading for at least 1 year after restoration of the integrated crown; 5.Patients who signed informed consent forms.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Systemic or prophylactic use of antibiotics within 3 months; 2.History of malignant tumor; 3.Recently received radiotherapy, chemotherapy or immunodeficiency; 4.Pregnancy, pregnancy or lactation; 5.People with mental illness or delusions; 6.Poor control of diabetes (HbA1c level > 8.0% or fasting blood glucose > 150mg/dL).
