Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.First stroke (ischemic stroke or hemorrhagic stroke, diagnosed by cranial CT or MRI examination), onset time 18 years; 3.Hemiplegia with gait disorder after stroke; 4.Functional Walking scale (FAC) >= Grade 2 (level 2: the patient can walk more than 15 meters independently with continuous or intermittent support). 5.Those who are able and willing to participate in this gait training experiment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe cognitive impairment, aphasia or mental instability; 2.Ankle instability, or orthopedic diseases such as contracture, fracture, arthritis, etc.; 3.Symptoms of hindering or restricting walking or participating in the study in the diagnosis of peripheral neuropathy or peripheral vascular disease; 4.Weight > 125kg, height outside the range of 150~188cm; 5.Severe heart and lung diseases, unable to tolerate subjects. 6.Visual, auditory and vestibular organ dysfunction; 7.Patients with severe ataxia; 8.Contagious diseases.
