18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 18-80 years; 2.Renal biopsy was completed in our hospital, or genetic examination was completed; 3.Patients who met the diagnostic criteria for CKD, either kidney damage or GFR of less than 60ml/min/1.73m2 of body surface area lasting for longer than 3 months. Kidney damage can be pathological morphological abnormalities of the kidney, or abormalities in blood, urine test or renal imaging; 4.Voluntary participation, and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with other comorbidities that could affect the volume or the components of the kidney, such as renal cysts, polycystic kidney disease, medullary sponge kidney, hydronephrosis, renal artery stenosis, renal vein thrombosis and/or renal tumors; 2.Contraindications for MRI examination; 3.Pregnant or lactation patients; 4.Patients with unstable vital signs, failure of other organs or dysphoria.
