22 Years to 97 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Initial cerebral infarction; 2. Large area cerebral infarction tested with MR and CT brain images; 3. Infarction diameter > 4cm, and infarction occurring to at least two lobes; 4. Attack time <= 72h; 5. Patients received or not received 200?mg NBP injection for 7-14 days and 200?mg of NBP capsules three times daily for 30-90 days respectively.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with intracerebral hemorrhagic diseases and hemorrhagic tendency of other system; 2. Severe conscious disturbance with GCS <= 7; 3. Patients with severe primary heart and lung diseases, liver and renal insufficiency; 4. Patients with severe mental diseases or dementia; 5. Patients with other brain organic diseases like brain tumors.
