Sevoflurane + unilateral TAP group (Group T1):One side was given 0.33% ropivacaine 20ml, and the other side was given the same amount of normal saline for TAP
Sevoflurane + bilateral TAP group (Group T2):20 mL of 0.33% ropivacaine was given to both sides for TAP

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.ASA I-II grade; 2.Aged 18 to 65 years; 3.Seventy-five patients underwent elective gynecological laparoscopic surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with history of cardiovascular disease; 2.Liver and kidney dysfunction; 3.A history of high blood pressure, diabetes, and stroke; 4.A history of alcoholism and drug abuse; 5.Preoperative alkali electrolyte imbalances, clotting disorders; 7.Recently taken on the cardiovascular system and the effect of adrenergic response drugs; 8.Pregnant patients; 9.Patients allergic to local anesthetics.
