Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Early pregnancr loss group: All patients with early pregnancy loss meet the ultrasonic diagnostic criteria of pregnancy loss in early pregnancy. Early pregnancy group: All patients were examined by gynecological ultrasound, combined with the time of the last menstruation, diagnosed as 6-12 weeks of intrauterine pregnancy, asked to terminate the pregnancy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria included cornual pregnancy, uterine scar pregnancy and cervical pregnancy excluding surgical taboos.
