Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients receiving painless gastroenteroscopy, painless induced abortion and curettage in the outpatient department;Patients receiving invasive ventilation in ICU; 2.Aged > 18 years; 3.The hemodynamics was stable, and no vasoactive drugs were used; 4.During the experiment, all patients received BIS monitoring to evaluate the sedation depth in real time; 5.Can cooperate to complete the ultrasound examination.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.The skin of the neck is damaged or covered with sterile materials and cannot be scanned by ultrasound; 2.The presence of cervical vascular disease or anatomical structure changes; 3.Arrhythmias include atrial fibrillation, atrial premature beats, ventricular premature beats and atrioventricular block; 4.After temporary or permanent pacemaker implantation and prosthetic valve replacement; 5.The ultrasound image is not clear or the data is missing; 6.History of craniocerebral diseases.
