Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The diagnosis was confirmed by histopathology as malignant melanoma of nasal and paranasal mucosa; 2. Surgically excised; 3. No contraindications to radiotherapy; 4. No contraindications; 5. No distant metastasis; 6. Signed informed consent; 7. Good organ function.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have received radioactive particle implantation in the treatment area; 2. Patients with uncontrolled comorbidities that the investigator considers to interfere with treatment; 3. Patients with autoimmune diseases; 4. Presence of severe neurological or psychiatric disorders, including dementia and seizures; 5. Active infection under control; 6. Any other conditions that may interfere with study compliance; 7. Pregnant or nursing women; 8. There are other conditions that are not suitable for the group.
