Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 75 years; 2. Hemorrhoids: (1) Grade I-II receiving conservative treatment; (2) Grade I-III patients receiving endoscopic injection sclerotherapy; 3. Informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. With anal fistula,perianal abscess,anal papilloma or rectal tumor; 2. Abnormal blood and urine routine, Pt, APTT, AST, alt, AKP, TBIL, bun, SCR, ECG; 3. Hemoglobin < 60g/L or abnormal coagulation function; 4. Allergic constitution; 5. Female in breast nursing or gestation, or to be pregnant; 6. People who have done surgery; 7. People who have participated in other clinical trials; 8. People who are excluded by researchers.
