Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Eligibility criteria for Alzheimer's disease: meeting the National Institute on Aging-Alzheimer's Association (NIA-AA) : (1) Chief complaint of memory loss, confirmed by an informed person; (2) According to the clinical examination, the diagnosis of dementia can be confirmed by the cognitive scale test (20 ADL> score 26; CDI > 1); (3) unconscious disorders; (4) All patients underwent head MRI examination and related laboratory examination except for other diseases that may lead to progressive impairment of memory and cognitive function; (5) Increase in amyloid /p-Tau in PET or increase in cerebrospinal fluid Aß1-42 with/or p-Tau increase. 2. Inclusion criteria for mild cognitive impairment : (1) The chief complaint was memory loss, which was confirmed by an informed person; (2) objective examination found mild cognitive impairment not commensurate with age and education level; (3) The general cognitive function is normal, the basic ability of daily living is normal, and the complex daily or social function may be slightly impaired; (4) No dementia (CDR -- O. 5, 20 ADL27/30 score and normal neuropsychological assessment; (2) Clinical dementia score (CDR) = 0; (3) No history of the neurological or psychiatric disease; (4) No memory complaints or cognitive defects.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute infection; 2. CT/MR intolerance or a history of any of the following; 3. Severe mental disorders (e.g., severe depression); 4. Neurological disorders; 5. Head injury; 6. Autoimmune and systemic inflammatory diseases (such as systemic lupus erythematosus, rheumatoid arthritis, or Crohn's disease); 7. Alcoholism or drug abuse.Recent treatment with corticosteroids or nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) or benzodiazepines, which are known to interfere with TSPO.
