18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-65 years; 2. ASA was classified as I-III; 3. Patients who Undergoing Thoracoscopic Lobectomy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patients with contraindications to use esmketamine; 2. History of psychotic attack; 3. Cognitive impairment; 4. History of lung surgery; 5. Hormone therapy was used during operation; 6. Alcoholism or frequent use of sedative and analgesic drugs; 7. Serious liver, kidney, cardiovascular and other systemic diseases; 8. History of stroke, head injury, intracranial mass or hemorrhage; 9. Unable to communicate; 10. Participate in other drug trials.
