Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Enrollment criteria included subjects presenting with acute cerebral vascular ischemia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute inflammatory diseases: hepatitis, pneumonia, HIV, etc.; 2. Autoimmune diseases: systemic lupus erythematosus, sjogren's syndrome; 3. Tumor is not excluded; 4. Recently treated with antibiotics; 5. Recent use of glucocorticoids.
