Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.ASA grade I-III; 2.Airway assessment mallampati score I-II; 3.Elective thoracic surgery under thoracoscopy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Aged less than 18 year; 2.Pulmonary function test is moderate to severe lung ventilation and ventilation dysfunction; 3.Received thoracic surgery, systemic infection, and suspected tuberculosis in the past month; 4.Patients with impaired liver and kidney function; 5.Patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; 6.Unable to cooperate with the research for any reason, such as language comprehension disorder, mental illness, etc; 7.Take other trial drugs or participate in other clinical trials within 3 months before enrollment.
