Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Only data stored in the laboratory information system of Linyi Maternal and Child Healthcare Hospital were included; 2. Only data stored from 2014 to 2019 were included; 3. Only data of pregnant women aged between 20 to 45years were included; 4. Only data of serum free thyroxine, thyroid stimulating hormone, thyroid peroxidase antibody were included; 5. Only test results, test time, medical record number, age, trimester of pregancy were included.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Data lacking any item of age, sex, medical record number, test time, trimester of pregnancy were excluded; 2. Test results lack any item of serum-free thyroxine, thyroid-stimulating hormone, thyroid peroxidase antibody were excluded; 3. Data from repeated tests in the same pregnancy.
