Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients to undergo colonoscopy; 2. Aged 18 to 65 years, regardless of gender and nationality; 3. Signing the Informed Consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women or breast women; 2. Serious heart, kidney, lung, and liver diseases; 3. Previous abdominal surgery history; 4. Severe electrolyte disturbance; 5. Intestinal obstruction, toxic megacolon, severe inflammatory bowel disease; 6. Poor compliance of doctors' judgment; 7. Relevant personnel for this clinical trial.
