18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 60 years; 2. ASA level: I-II; 3. The Han nationality; 3. Patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery under general anesthesia; 4. Signing the informed consent form voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Having a history of neurological or psychiatric disease; 2. Cognitive impairment; 3. Taking sedatives or anti-depression medicine within 1 week; 4. Addicted to alcohol or psychiatric medicine(drinking more than 40 degrees of alcohol more than 100 ml a day at least 3 months before the onset of the disease; can not get rid of the desire to use alcohol or drugs, and the will to take the drugs increases significantly); 5. Having operations within one month; 6. Communication disorder (existing language problem, being blind and deaf); 7. The expected operation time was less than 1 hour and more than 3 hours; 8. Have participated in other clinical trials within 3 months; 9. The same patient could not be included once again, regardless of whether the cause of the operation is related to the first disease or not; 10. The BMI was less than 18 or more than 28 kg/m2; 11. Contraindications of ketamine (poorly controlled or untreated hypertension (resting blood pressure greater than 180/100mmHg), diagnosed intracranial hypertension and pulmonary hypertension on admission, untreated or undertreated hyperthyroidism, required uterine muscle relaxation, such as uterine tearing / rupturing, umbilical cord prolapsing, etc, patients with unstable angina pectoris or myocardial infarction or congestive heart failure in the past six months, alcoholism, substantial hepatic impairment, sensitivity to ketamine).
