Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The consecutive patients admitted to ICU; 2. Urine output < 0.5ml/(kg·h)for 2 to 6 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients under 18 years old; 2. Fluid challenge intolerance due to acute volume overload judged by physicians; 3. Obstruction of the urinary tract; 4. Patients treated with diuretics from 12 hours before FC to study endpoint; 5. Blood sugar leve > l8.8mmol/L; 6. Serum [Na+] > 145mmol/L; 7. The dose of vasopressors or neotropics changed during the study; 8. Patients with chronic kidney disease; 9. Patients with cirrhosis; 10. Pregnancy or lactation; 11. Moribund patients.
